WELCOME
The Change Please Foundation is the charitable arm of Change Please, tackling homelessness through an employment-first model funded by grants, donations, and profits from our coffee business. We support people experiencing homelessness into sustainable work through barista training and a living wage job, alongside accommodation advice, therapy, access to a bank account, and pathways into onward employment.

BARISTA TRAINING
Our trainee’s journey’s start at our training academies in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. Here they learn every aspect of coffee making, from bean variation and roasting through to latte art and customer service. Our aim is to equip each trainee with the skills and experience they need to start a new career. We provide wrap around support (life admin, therapy, housing support and more) throughout the programme and beyond.
DRIVING FOR CHANGE
Driving for Change is a ground-breaking initiative launched in 2021 that repurposes iconic London double-decker buses to deliver life-changing services directly into London boroughs. We support the most vulnerable by providing access to NHS and oral healthcare, hairdressing, social support, digital and financial inclusion, employment support, financial advice, and more.
