SUPPORT OFFICER - ENGLAND

LOCATION: London

We are recruiting for a Support Officer; an opportunity for the right person to join our team to support and provide empathetic and proactive support for our Trainees. We are looking for someone with experience of working with vulnerable people, preferably within the homelessness sector and mental health.

The role will report to our Head of Impact and need to work closely with the recruitment, onward employment and retail teams, with regular contact and interaction with all members of the Impact team as well as the extended business.

RETAIL & OPERATIONS MANAGER - ENGLAND

LOCATION: London

We’re looking for a Retail & Operations Manager to join our team and help us continue making a positive social impact through our growing Retail and Events estates.

What’s the role about?In this role, you’ll make sure that every customer has a great experience, whether they’re at one of our Piaggio vans or visiting one of our cafés. You’ll be guiding our Retail team, managing our sites, and supporting our growth plans—all while keeping Health and Safety a priority.This is a great opportunity to work closely with our team, support maintenance efforts, and coordinate event logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your work will really help us reach our goals and continue making a positive difference in the community.
