FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Location: London

We are looking to  hire Financial Controller to lead all financial reporting for Change Please UK and work closely with our Group Finance team to support accounting across our operations in the USA, Australia, France, and Ireland. This pivotal role will oversee the UK Finance team, ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports, and partner with operational and commercial teams to improve P&L and KPI reporting.

You will also play a key role in strengthening financial controls and governance to ensure every pound is managed effectively, maximising our social impact.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in financial leadership, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and locations. HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Location: London (with travel to production facilities and retail sites as required)

As the Head of Operations, you will be the overall custodian of how Change Please gets stuff done! You’ll translate our growth plan into safe, reliable and cost-effective execution across sourcing, production, logistics and in-store operations. You’ll set the operating rhythm, own core KPIs (OTIF, quality, cost, safety) and align teams, partners and systems to meet service levels while protecting margin and brand standards.You will lead & shape a new multi-disciplinary team spanning Supply Chain & Procurement, Coffee & Training, Sustainability and IT. Working closely with Commercial, Finance and People & Culture, you’ll plan capacity, launch new sites and propositions, drive continuous improvement and compliance, and build a culture of accountability and coaching that supports our mission to create life-changing employment.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: London-based with some travel

As a Key Account Manager, you will be  delivering and exceeding our Sales, Profit and Impact targets through the management & development of a portfolio of key customers, as well as managing a pipeline of new business too.

The role will report to our Head of Wholesale with regular contact and interaction with all members of the Wholesale team as well as the extended business.

Being one of the faces of Change Please to the market! As Key Account Manager and Changemaker you will take ownership of a range of the Wholesale division’s Major Accounts as well as Regional Accounts across our core London heart land.We proudly work with some of the biggest players within the Leisure, Contract Catering, Education, B&I, Healthcare and Travel sectors.

LEAD BARISTA TRAINER

Location: London-based - Retail Sites

The Lead Barista Trainer will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee quality and outstanding customer service while fostering a positive, supportive environment for individuals facing homelessness as they train to become baristas. This role will manage daily café operations, uphold product and service standards, and actively lead in developing and mentoring new baristas.

By combining hands-on barista expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to Change Please’s mission, the Lead Barista Trainer will ensure operational excellence and contribute to the growth and confidence of trainees, empowering them with skills for future employment.

DENTAL HYGIENIST ( FREELANCE ) - LONDON

Location: London

Change Please has partnered with Colgate on the Smile for Change mission, dedicated to providing essential dental services to individuals facing homelessness. We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join this initiative, helping to deliver high-quality preventative dental care and oral health education across multiple London locations.The ideal candidate will be a qualified and registered Dental Hygienist (GDC) with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Beyond traditional hygiene responsibilities, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the community by supporting some of society’s most vulnerable individuals.

FREELANCE HAIRDRESSER / BARBER - ENGLAND

LOCATION: London

The Hairdresser / Barber provides basic hairdressing services to individuals experiencing homelessness, delivering support in our Driving for Change buses across various London locations. The Hairdresser / Barber will use their skills to help restore dignity, confidence, and a sense of self-worth to clients in need.

This role requires adaptability, empathy, and the ability to work in an unconventional setting alongside service support workers and other professionals. By creating a welcoming and supportive environment, the Hairdresser / Barber will contribute positively to the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals, helping them feel valued and respected as part of Change Please’s mission to deliver impactful community services.
