How do I log in to my account?
To log in to your Change Please account, visit our Login page and enter the email address you used at checkout, along with the password you created when setting up your account. If you previously checked out as a guest, you may not have an account yet - we recommend creating one so you can manage orders, subscriptions, delivery addresses and payment details all in one place.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by visiting our Login Page by Clicking Forgot your Password? and entering the email address linked to your account. We’ll send you an email with a secure link - just follow the instructions to set a new password and log back in.
How do I change my subscription?
Making changes to your subscription is quick and easy. Log in to your account, then head to the Manage Subscriptions tab and click on the subscription you’d like to update. From here, you can change the delivery frequency, reschedule or skip a renewal, ship early, update payment or address details, or pause or cancel your subscription altogether.
How do I update my payment details?
To update your payment details, log in to the subscription portal, click on Account and go to Manage Payment Methods. Here, you can add new cards or remove old ones. If you remove a card linked to an active subscription, your subscription will be paused - you’ll then need to assign a new payment method via the Subscriptions tab to restart it.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
If you’re heading away or don’t need coffee for a while, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling it. Simply log in to your account, go to the Subscriptions tab and select the option to pause or cancel - you’re always in control, with no commitment required.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes - we offer digital Gift Cards from £10, perfect for letting someone choose their favourite Change Please coffee. Gift Cards are redeemable online only and can’t be used in our cafés or retail locations.
If a discount code is applied at checkout, the gift card issued will reflect the amount paid. The impact created - and the gift received - will always match the value you’ve chosen to give.
Can I buy someone a coffee subscription?
Yes, you can. We offer prepaid coffee subscriptions, so you can pay upfront and have freshly roasted coffee delivered once a month to the address you choose. It’s a thoughtful way to give great coffee that keeps on giving.
Can I donate to the Change Please Foundation in someone’s name?
Yes - we offer donation gifts that can be made in someone else’s name. Simply enter the recipient’s email address at checkout and they’ll receive a thank-you email addressed to them. Alternatively, you can donate in your own name and receive the thank-you yourself.
Coffee
How long does coffee stay fresh for?
For the best flavour, we recommend enjoying your coffee within two months of the roast date. Whole beans tend to hold their freshness a little longer than filter, while ground coffee begins to lose quality straight away. If you prefer ground coffee and are thinking about a subscription, we suggest ordering smaller quantities more frequently to keep every cup tasting its best.
Where does your coffee come from?
Our coffee comes from all over the world! Wherever we find beans that truly taste great. The best coffee is typically grown in tropical regions at altitudes of 1,000 metres or higher, where slower growth creates deeper flavour. We source most of our coffees from Central and South America, East Africa, with some origins from India and Indonesia too. If you’d like to explore flavours from different regions, our Welcome Guest rotating speciality coffee subscription is a great place to start.
What is speciality coffee?
Speciality coffee is coffee that’s grown in the right conditions, harvested with care, processed thoughtfully and roasted with skill to bring out its best flavour. It’s often associated with high-quality, ethically sourced coffee and is commonly used to describe beans that score 80 points or more out of 100 when graded by trained professionals known as Q Graders. This is widely recognised as a marker of exceptional quality.
What are tasting notes, and how are they decided?
Tasting notes describe the natural flavours found within the coffee - no flavourings are ever added. When you see notes like lemon sherbet, dark chocolate or raspberry, they’re simply a way of explaining how the coffee tastes. Similar to wine, roasters use a detailed coffee flavour wheel to help identify and communicate these characteristics, making it easier to choose a coffee you’ll love.
Sustainability
Can I recycle your coffee bags?
Yes. Our coffee bags are fully recyclable, so once you’ve enjoyed your coffee, you can recycle the packaging responsibly at home. We’re always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact while delivering great coffee that fuels positive change.

About Change Please Coffee
What is Change Please Coffee?
Change Please is an award-winning social enterprise tackling homelessness through the power of coffee. We use coffee as a tool to help people experiencing homelessness regain independence. 100% of our profits fund our mission - like the Barista Training Programme, which supports people with everything they need to turn their lives around - from a living wage job and accommodation advice to therapy, banking support and onward employment opportunities.
What do you do?
We sell great-tasting, award-winning coffee - and we do business differently. Every cup you buy helps fund our training programmes and community initiatives, including Driving for Change, our mobile support service that brings vital help directly to people experiencing homelessness. By combining high-quality coffee with social impact, we’re able to create sustainable change while delivering products people genuinely love.
What can I do to support the mission?
The easiest way to support Change Please is simply by drinking our coffee. Every purchase helps fund our programmes. Ordering coffee online - or setting up a subscription so you never run out - is a simple way to make a real difference. It all starts with a cup of coffee.
You can also make direct donations, give donation gifts in someone else’s name, or take part in fundraising.
What does the Change Please logo mean?
Our logo is inspired by symbols historically used within homeless communities to share information and offer support. The Change Please monogram represents opportunity, hard work and hope - values that sit at the heart of everything we do. It’s a reminder that with the right support and a chance to work, change is always possible.
Are you actually making a difference?
Absolutely. Homelessness is a growing issue in the UK, and meaningful change starts with opportunity. By providing paid employment, professional training and access to long-term support, we help people build stable futures in an industry that’s always looking for skilled staff. You can read more about the impact we’re making on our Impact page.
Do you pay the trainees?
Yes, of course! All of our trainees are paid a real Living Wage. We believe fair pay is essential in giving people a fresh start, financial stability and the confidence to take their next steps forward.
What is a CIC?
A CIC (Community Interest Company) is a type of social enterprise created to benefit the community rather than shareholders. It means we operate as a business, but our profits are locked in to deliver positive social impact - in our case, fighting homelessness through employment, training and support.
Where can I find Change Please coffee?
You can enjoy Change Please coffee right here on our website, as well as in our cafés and at a growing number of partner locations across the UK.
