This month's Welcome Guest coffee is a fruity and rich coffee from the highlands Uganda, producing flavour notes of stone fruits, golden raisins and blackberries ☕.

OUR ETHICALLY GROWN COFFEE☕

This coffee is crafted using the wet processing method, where the fruit is carefully removed from the ripe red cherries, leaving behind the coffee bean encased in a thin parchment layer. The beans are then gently fermented overnight in water,  a step that naturally enhances their flavour.

After fermentation, the beans are sun-dried and finished in an eco-dryer, preserving their quality while reducing environmental impact.
