OUR ETHICALLY GROWN COFFEE☕

 

Grown in the mountain region of El Diablo, by rmedium-sized farms where producers also grow food crops for local use. The community prioritises environmental responsibility, using water treatment systems, composting coffee pulp as fertiliser 🌱, and planting natural windbreaks .

 

Working with Caravela, a B-Corp certified exporter focused on sustainable and transparent supply chains, producers have adopted refined processing techniques through the Growers Education Programme. Washed coffees undergo extended fermentation of 20 to 36 hours in concrete tanks, followed by slow drying on raised beds over 12 to 25 days ☀️ . Moisture levels are carefully monitored to ensure quality and shelf life .
