THE PINK MARINI
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
- Brew 1 Change Please Original capsule as a ristretto (25ml) into an espresso cup and allow it to cool.
- Add 5 ice cubes, 10ml strawberry syrup, 25ml vodka, 50ml Baileys Strawberries & Cream, 1g pink food colouring and the cooled coffee to a Nespresso Barista Shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a Nespresso martini glass.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of edible pink lustre
RASBERRY REFRESHER
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
- Add 10ml Monin Raspberry Syrup and 150ml Fever-Tree Raspberry & Orange Blossom Soda to a Change Please mug.
- Brew 1 Change Please Vertuo capsule directly on top.
- Add 5 ice cubes.
- Garnish with freeze-dried raspberry pieces.
MARSHMELLOW LATTE
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
- Brew 1 Nespresso coffee capsule into your favourite mug using a Nespresso machine.
- Heat and froth 200ml milk until hot and creamy, then gently pour it over the coffee to make a latte.
- Top with marshmallows, serve hot, and enjoy.
Marshmellow latte is my go to! Super easy to make.
