PRIDE MONTH 2025 šŸ³ļøā€šŸŒˆ

AtĀ Change Please, we know that real change starts with awareness.Ā PrideĀ Month gives us the opportunity Ā to shine a light on important conversations, celebrate diversity, and continue building a more inclusive and equitable society.

In celebration ofĀ PrideĀ Month, we’ll be exploring key topics that continue to shapeĀ  a community rooted inĀ pride, dignity, and resilience. We’ll honour the past, embrace the present, and look ahead to a more just and inclusive future. Through these conversations, we hope to deepen understanding, inspire action, and stand proudly in solidarity with theĀ LGBTQIA+ community.

Overrepresentation in Homeless Populations:Ā

Support for the LGBTQ+ communityĀ Facing Homelessnessā¤ļø

There are several organisations across the UK offering vital support to the LGBTQ+ community facing homelessness:

  • aktĀ supports LGBTQ+ young people aged 16–25 who are homeless or living in a hostile environment, providing tailored assistance to help them find safety and stability.
  • Stonewall HousingĀ offers housing advice and support specifically for LGBTQ+ people across the UK.
  • In London,Ā The Outside ProjectĀ operates an LGBTQ+ shelter and community centre, providing emergency accommodation alongside a range of support services.

This month we will continue to celebrate Pride by exploring different topics that have contributed to the Ā growth of the movement globally.
