EMPLOYMENT AND PLACEMENTS OFFICER

Location: London-based with some travel

This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality delivery of our employment programmes, supporting both our partners and trainees through a structured and well-managed placement experience. In this role you will coordinate and administer systems across Immersive Work Experience and Secondment placements, ensuring smooth delivery, accurate tracking of outcomes, and consistent partnership processes.

This role reports to the Senior Employment Partnerships Manager, with regular interaction across the Impact and Support teams, as well as wider stakeholders across the business.

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: London-based with some travel

As a National Account Manager, you will drive sustainable revenue growth across the wholesale division by securing new national business opportunities and developing profitable, long-term client partnerships aligned to Change Please’s commercial and social impact ambitions.

The role will report to our Head of Wholesale with regular contact and interaction with all members of the Wholesale team as well as the extended business.

DENTAL HYGIENIST ( FREELANCE ) - LONDON

Location: London

Change Please has partnered with Colgate on the Smile for Change mission, dedicated to providing essential dental services to individuals facing homelessness. We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join this initiative, helping to deliver high-quality preventative dental care and oral health education across multiple London locations.The ideal candidate will be a qualified and registered Dental Hygienist (GDC) with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Beyond traditional hygiene responsibilities, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the community by supporting some of society’s most vulnerable individuals.

TRAINEE DENTAL NURSE

Location: London

Change Please has partnered with Colgate on the Smile for Change mission, dedicated to providing essential dental services to people facing homelessness. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our mission-driven team. This role offers hands-on training and experience in dental care, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness across multiple London locations.As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will assist dental professionals, develop essential clinical skills, and help improve patients’ oral health. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dental nursing, eager to learn, and committed to making a positive impact on vulnerable communities.

FREELANCE HAIRDRESSER / BARBER - ENGLAND

LOCATION: London

The Hairdresser / Barber provides basic hairdressing services to individuals experiencing homelessness, delivering support in our Driving for Change buses across various London locations. The Hairdresser / Barber will use their skills to help restore dignity, confidence, and a sense of self-worth to clients in need.

This role requires adaptability, empathy, and the ability to work in an unconventional setting alongside service support workers and other professionals. By creating a welcoming and supportive environment, the Hairdresser / Barber will contribute positively to the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals, helping them feel valued and respected as part of Change Please’s mission to deliver impactful community services.
