WHO WE ARE
We train people experiencing homelessness to become skilled baristas, support them with everything they need to rebuild their lives, and create real pathways into long-term employment.
Our programme goes beyond training. Alongside barista skills, trainees receive support with housing, mental health, financial literacy and confidence-building, helping remove the barriers that prevent people from sustaining work. Every trainee is paid the London Living Wage during training and supported into onward opportunities.
Graduates move into permanent jobs, internships, apprenticeships or secondments with our network of corporate partners, or continue working within Change Please cafés and events. Weekly employability drop-ins ensure ongoing support even after training ends.
All profits are reinvested back into the programme, creating a self-sustaining model where every cup of coffee helps fund training, support services and employment opportunities for people facing homelessness.
