Introducing Farms to Futures: Coffee Creating Impact From Rwanda to the UK

At Change Please, every cup of coffee is designed to create meaningful social impact. Today, we are proud to launch Farms to Futures, our very first coffee sourced directly from Rwanda, created to support futures at every stage of the supply chain.
From coffee farmers at origin, to local communities in Rwanda, to people experiencing homelessness in the UK, Farms to Futures represents the next step in ethical, sustainable and impact-driven coffee.
What is Farms to Futures?
Farms to Futures is more than a speciality coffee. It is a purpose-led initiative connecting high-quality coffee production with real social change.
Through this launch, Change Please is expanding its impact beyond the cup by supporting:
- Coffee farming communities in Rwanda
- Local economic development at origin
- Employment and training opportunities for people experiencing homelessness in the UK
This initiative reflects our mission to create long-term, sustainable impact through coffee.

Launching Farms to Futures at the Change Please Academy
To celebrate the launch, we welcomed partners and supporters to the Change Please Academy for an exclusive tasting event.
Guests experienced our new Rwandan coffee while learning more about the wider impact behind Farms to Futures and the communities involved in bringing this coffee to life.
We were honoured to be joined by Geoffrey Bungeri and Dr James Smith from Champion Humanity Trading and Aegis Peace Fund, who led a powerful Q&A discussing the importance of supporting farming communities and creating sustainable futures through ethical coffee sourcing.
The event highlighted how collaboration across businesses, charities and social enterprises can help create lasting change both locally and globally.
